FERC Associate (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission)
Our client, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a junior associate to support their Energy Regulatory practice. This position is based in the firm’s Washington DC office.
The salary range for this position is between $215,000 - $250,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of experience (seeking law school class year 2022-2024)
- Knowledge of federal energy regulatory laws relating to the oil, natural gas, and electric power industries
- Experience in energy transactions, enforcement, litigation and compliance involving federal departments like the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Department of Energy
- Must be a self-motivated, personable team player and have outstanding academic and professional credentials
- Must have a J.D. from an accredited law school
- Must be admitted to practice in Washington, D.C.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
