Job details Spherion Staffing is assisting a client in Minot who is looking for an Auto Body Technician to join their auto body repair team.
In this position, you repair collision, weather, and other damage done to the body of vehicles. While most of your duties revolve around the body itself, our ideal candidate has some experience working with all the systems in a vehicle.

Pay : $30-36 / hour with sign on bonus available
Responsibilities :
- Review repair order to understand the repairs needed
- Check parts to make sure they are correct, perform meticulous teardown for accurate estimate purposes including organized clips in containers by body panel, help draft supplement, store all parts on the parts car
- Make repairs to body and frame according to manufacturer and OEM SOP specification and procedures, sign off quality control checklist, verify color match prior to assembly, and review the final repair order to insure all repairs are made as listed on the repair order
