Hosts, Servers, Bartenders, Food Runners, Back Servers and Barbacks

Be a part of our new restaurant opening! We’re hiring for multiple front-of-house positions :

Host

• Greeting guests warmly and promptly upon arrival.
• Managing reservations and waitlists efficiently, preferably with experience using Resy.
• Assigning tables based on guest needs and flow of service.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the host stand.
• Providing accurate information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
• Assisting in answering phone calls and taking reservations.
• Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
• Experience opening a new venue and knowledge of Asian cuisine and culture is a plus.

Servers

• Greet and serve guests, providing excellent table service.
• Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Process payments and handle guest inquiries or complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas.
• Assist with side work and setup of the dining room.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure in a high-volume setting.
• Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have at least one year experience in an upscale venue.
• Experience opening a new venue and knowledge of Asian cuisine and culture is a plus.

Bartenders

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Follow recipes and maintain a consistent standard for drinks.
• Interact with guests, provide drink recommendations, and upsell specials.
• Help manage inventory and restocking.
• Flexible schedule required, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure in a high-volume setting.
• Experience opening a new venue and knowledge of Asian cuisine and culture is a plus.

Back Servers & Barbacks

• Assist servers with clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Support bartenders by restocking ingredients, glassware, and supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Help with side work and other tasks as needed.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure in a high-volume setting.
• Experience opening a new venue and knowledge of Asian cuisine and culture is a plus.
• Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Food Runners (Chinese-Speaking Preferred)

• Delivering food orders from the kitchen to tables swiftly and accurately.
• Communicating effectively between kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Assisting servers with clearing tables and resetting.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• The ability to communicate in Chinese is highly desirable.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure in a high-volume setting.
• Experience opening a new venue is a plus.
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays.
