LSI is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to assist in keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently.
This is a great opportunity to assist our employees with diverse projects and provide general administrative support.
- Support all admin and business activities of a growing healthcare market research and events company
- Work closely with Administrators and other employees to organize, create correspondence, and prepare reports and / or documents
- Must be an expert in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- HubSpot experience a plus
- Quickbooks experience a plus
- Accounts Receivable experience a plus
- The ideal candidate will be a good problem solver and not be afraid to figure out new solutions
- May also be engaged in event planning and meeting setup and implementation
- Room for growth into operations
