The Position
- The Interim Executive Director of Nursing Quality and Research will oversee the implementation of quality initiatives, support research efforts, and promote best practices within the organization’s nursing departments.
- This role reports to the Chief Nursing Officer.
- This leader will be responsible for driving strategic goals related to Magnet Recognition, evidence-based practice, and patient safety.
They will also facilitate collaborations with educational institutions and quality improvement teams.
Ideal candidates will have a collaborative leadership style, strong communication skills, and experience in a large-scale health system or academic medical center.
A comprehensive understanding of healthcare delivery, nursing quality, and regulatory standards is critical.
Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MSN required.
- Active CA RN License required.
- Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in healthcare leadership required.
Compensation Details :
- Compensation Range : $200,000 to $225,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
