We are currently seeking On-Call / Casual Caregivers to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for students who want to pick up shifts throughout the summer!
As a Caregiver , you will help residents with a variety of care activities, ensuring that their health, safety and well-being are protected at all times.
Our caregivers are passionate about the senior population and strive each day to enrich their lives.
Starting wage $21.50 DOE with the opportunity for increases and growth! Shift differentials available.
Shift options :
- Full-flex availability (put me in, coach!)
- Day 6 : 00am-2 : 30pm
- Swing 2 : 00pm-10 : 30pm
- NOC 10 : 00pm 6 : 30am
Ideal candidates must have a heart for serving others, as well as :
- A commitment to Touchmark’s values (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment, performing a variety of care activities to keep people healthy and safe
- The willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
- The ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, and guests
- Reliable
- Be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must be 18 years old older
- Experience preferred, but not required. We will train the right person

On-call and temporary employees are not eligible to participate in employee benefits or insurance plans.
