Essential Job Functions :
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
- Disassemble, replace parts, and reassemble electrical equipment using hand tools.
- Prepare conduit and secure brackets, threading ends and connecting couplings.
- Inspect electrical units for issues, tightening connections as needed.
- Assist in trenching and digging for conduit installation.
- Strip wire insulation, attach wires to terminals, and assist in soldering.
- Troubleshoot wiring issues using test meters and assist in wiring installations.
- Use hand and power tools to drill holes and route wiring.
Qualifications :
- Valid Chauffeur's license
- Must be enrolled or completed a formal electrical post-graduate program.
- Apprentice license with the State of MI.
- Atleast 2 years of experience preferred.
