Compliance Officer FCM Advisor

Hamlyn Williams have partnered with a global financial services platform, based in Chicago, IL that are looking to hire a Compliance Officer FCM Advisor.
This role is on a hybrid basis three days per-week on site. If you are not able to work on site, please do not apply.
As a Compliance Officer FCM Advisor, you will :
- Guaranteeing compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges.
- Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
- Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.
- Complete or assist in completing US FCM BCAC guidance for management review.
As a Compliance Officer FCM Advisor, you will need :
- B.S. in Finance,Economics, Business, or other related field
- 5+ years of financial experience within a legal or compliance role
FCM or FCM Regulatory experience is a MUST.
