What you’ll do when you join us :
Assess and develop enterprise-wide data management strategy and architecture
- Assess needs and opportunities for CFC data integration and uses
- Develop data models and concepts to move the business and organization forward
- Architect the flow and use of data between systems across CFC
- Represent effective use of data in organization decision making
Lead and support data architecture implementation
- Design and monitor data flows to / from CFC systems to improve processes, client experience, and program effectiveness
- Create large-scale data integration, transformation, and storage to enable effective enterprise-wide reporting and analytics
- Develop technology and design patterns for long-term sustainability of data solutions
- Ensure quality and availability of data for key business needs
- Unblock engineers, system administrators, and business partners facing tough data related challenges
Work with various experts to ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of our data systems
- Identify and manage risks around organization data
- Develop policies, guidelines, and procedures for effective data governance
- Represent data security, privacy, and compliance in organization decision making
Here’s what we’re looking for :
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience developing data solutions including at least :
- 7 years of experience with relational database technologies including SQL development and administration
- 5 years of experience with No-SQL technologies such as key-value stores and document stores
- 5 years of experience with data cleansing, integration, and transformation technologies
- 5 years of experience with data warehousing / data lake technologies
- Experience in data privacy, security, and compliance with a strong grasp of cloud-based technologies (Azure preferred)
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in the following competencies : project management, collaboration and data architecture.
- Advanced communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strategic and tactical flexibility, with a proven ability to adapt to different levels of project complexity
- Advanced problem-solving skills and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop innovative solutions
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly, document solutions effectively, and work under time constraints
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional periods of high volume
- Preferred but not required :
- Experience in EdTech, digital sales and renewals, or ERP / CRM systems (NetSuite preferred)

The hiring range for this position is $150,000 $190,000 annually. The pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
