Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimating Coordinator at Karrus Homes. The Estimating Coordinator will be responsible for construction estimating, proposal writing, cost management, communication, and administrative assistance.
This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate project estimations and effective cost control.
Qualifications
- Construction Estimating, Proposal Writing, and Cost Management skills
- Strong communication and administrative assistance abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and cost assessment
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for estimating and cost tracking
