Our Marketing team is now hiring for a Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving growth and maximizing ROI across various advertising platforms, including Meta and Google, to promote Canyon Ranch.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE

• Performance Marketing Leadership : Lead paid social, programmatic display and search by developing and executing performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Digital Advertising Management : Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads / PMax, TikTok and other digital platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.

Utilize audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies to reach and engage with relevant audiences.

Digital Optimization : Drive optimization through a test-and-learn focus that will help identify opportunities and constantly improve programs.

Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identify insights, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.

• Budget Management : Monitor and manage ad budgets, allocating resources based on performance and strategic priorities.
• Reporting & Insights : Generate reports and performance dashboards to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Partner with our analytics team to understand Cost-per-Acquisition (CPA) and build a reliable multi-channel attribution model.

Additional duties include :

• Platform Partnerships : Manage ongoing platform partnerships and agency relationships
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging that resonate with our target audience.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

The position is directly responsible for forecasting and generating revenue as well as developing and managing the department budget.

• Proven experience 4+ years in performance marketing preferable at an agency, with a focus on digital advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis within meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to drive measurable results, including increased traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Experience directing budget or revenue-generating responsibility.
