Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Client Tax Associate Position type : Full time ContractDuration : 12+ monthsLocation : Jersey City, NJ 07311 As a Client Tax Associate, you will : The Client Tax Operations Department is responsible for ensuring that all withholding and reporting obligations of the Firm are met.

The Client Tax Associate position is required to perform numerous data reviews, tax forms, interacting with internal and external clients and vendors.

Review and ensure 1099 / 1042-S Reporting is accurateUpdate excel files for accurate reporting valuesEnsure participant data is accurateAttain appropriate approvals, document and confirm successful submissions per jurisdictionEnsure that all tax filings and reporting for Corporate Clients and Shareworks are issued accurately and timelyReview IRS filings and State filings are accurateContribute to the annual tax production project plan to ensure that all relevant tasks are captured throughout the yearPerform all required testing on tax forms that are issued from Shareworks to ensure accuracy through preliminary reviewsManage any special handling requirements for clients inclusive of tax form amendments for clientsAudit tax form generation to ensure all forms for all clients have been completedProactively provide project updates to Tax Manager as required to ensure the success of tax activitiesUpdate processes and procedures policy portal as required The ideal candidate will have : Bachelor's degreeFamiliarity US reporting for global employee share plan requirementsSelf-motivated and eager to learn.
