Quality Control Specialist at Spencer Building Maintenance
Shift : Mon-Fri 5 : 00pm-1 : 30am
Location : Sacramento, CA
Requirements :
You must be 21 years old.
Excellent Attention to Detail and ability to identify and resolve problems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Must be bilingual (English / Spanish) in both verbal and writing
Job Duties :
- Perform thorough inspections to ensure they meet the quality requirements
- Conduct quality checks to identify any potential defects or deviations from the set standards
- Collaborate closely with operations team to provide guidance on quality control procedures and assist in resolving any quality-related issues
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to enhance product quality and consistency
- Conduct regular audits to quality control protocols and identify areas for improvement
- Investigate and analyze customer complaints and internal non-conformance to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, test results, and any non-conformance issues
