What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience : At least 2 years in hospice care (required), with a total of 5+ years in hospice or home health, including nurse management.
- Leadership Background : Managed teams for 3-4 years? Great! Only 1-2 years? We'll support your growth.
- RN License : Required.
- Hospice Expertise : Familiarity with the unique needs of hospice patients is essential; home health experience is a plus.
- Compliance Knowledge : Hands-on experience with audits, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
- Willingness to Commute : Based within 25 miles of Dublin, CA, with the ability to travel throughout Alameda County as needed.
