Position Overview for Pharmacist :
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bench Pharmacist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the effective and safe dispensing of medications while supporting pharmacy management's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities for Pharmacist :
- Provide routine and emergency comprehensive drug screening, information processing, and dispensing services.
- Meet or exceed site budgets while optimizing cost management in line with script counts.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to manage Band III accounts and oversee Band I and II accounts.
- Drive organic growth and mitigate risks with existing customer relationships.
- Negotiate and finalize customer contracts in collaboration with regional leadership.
- Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to achieve site goals and objectives.
- Regularly evaluate operational results and report to the General Manager and / or Vice President of Operations.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing pharmacy operations.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of patient information and property.
- Familiarize yourself with the Customer Pharmacy Services policy manual and internal policies.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback and support to pharmacy staff, fostering professional development.
