JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Director of SCM Systems and Strategy will be a member of the Supply Chain systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive growth, transformation and efficiency of the end-to-end Supply Chain Solution.
This role will work cross functionally with stakeholders across brands and departments to understand, assess and improve supply chain processes.
As a business relationship manager for the SCM and procurement area, this leader will act as a strategic interface for strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management, and relationship management.
Position Duties and Scope :
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to establish and conduct cross functional collaboration user groups to understand and assess the current challenges with SCM process solutions
Identify improvement opportunities in SCM system functionality and process design to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Serve in the business relationship management role for SCM and procurement.
Work with the business on future state system changes and requests to assess requirements and business and system impacts
Define and document processes within SCM and Procurement
Collaborate with Finance to define and harmonize end to end processes
Collaborate and coordinate requirements with ERP functional support team
Lead SCM and Procurement through future phases of Oracle implementation
Aid in solution delivery for POS enhancements and process definitions, collaborating with the business applications team

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
