Direct Hire Opportunities! Now hiring several Warehouse Technicians for our pharmaceutical client in Lenexa, KS!

Pay : $23-$25 / hr

Hours : 6am-4 : 30pm, M-Th (will change to 8am-4 : 30pm Sun-Thurs in early 2025)

Location : Lenexa, KS 66215

Position Type : Direct Hire

Job Summary : Float between warehouses as daily workloads require, and drive company truck to transport materials from warehouse to corresponding production locations.

Perform an array of functions including transporting raw materials, receiving and processing of incoming materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, & labeling and packaging semi-finished product.

Perform all daily routine functions in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with all regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Load, transport, and unload materials from warehouse to production area
  • Unload, receive, verify, and organize incoming deliveries per applicable SOPs within operating system
  • Accurately label and package product
  • Keep accurate records within operating system (completion of finished Work Orders, verification of incoming stocks from production, safety audits, assist with workload management and scheduling, inventory cycle counts, physical inventory,
  • Regular use of forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Comply with all company, state, and federal policies and regulations
  • Obtain company certification to operate power industrial truck

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Coachability, interpersonal relations & ability to foster teamwork, initiative, thoroughness & attention to detail, flexibility, analytical thinking
  • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
  • Knowledge of quality, regulatory affairs, GMP, and financial guidelines
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must hold a valid Driver’s License and be able to pass driving background check to be ensured for commercial driving
