Under the direction of the Compliance Director, the Central Supply Specialist will be responsible for ordering supplies and maintaining the organization of the Central Supply warehouse.
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Included but not limited to the following);
- Maintains quality standards and safely performs duties while providing excellent customer service.
- Responsible for multiple aspects of inventory control required to maintain an effective par-level replenishment process of cleaning, office, and medical supplies for all operating sites.
- Conducts inventory counts, inputs inventory data into the inventory management system, stores supplies in proper inventory locations at Central Supply warehouse and maintains neat and orderly par-level stocking locations.
- Accurately performs counts of on hand quantities to restore supply levels to their designated par-level and uses handheld portable devices to input par count data into the inventory management system.
- Maintains organization of the Central Supply warehouse by ensuring that all supplies are stocked on the appropriate shelving in designated bins with the supply labeling clearly visible.
- Places orders with various cleaning, office and medical supply vendors and receives delivery accordingly.
- Packages cleaning, medical and office supplies for delivery to operational sites.
- Accurately and efficiently documents pickups and deliveries.
- Accurately Label boxes to identify materials
- Dispose of leftover packing materials such as wooden crates, pallets, and cardboard
- Capable of the necessary physical requirements expected to lift, pull, push, and carry up to 50 lbs., on a regular basis
- Other duties as assigned.

- Understanding of how to dispose of hazardous waste material in a safe manner
Requirements :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Valid South Carolina Driver’s License with a good MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)
- 1+ years of experience as a Courier or similar role.
- Experience negotiating contracts with vendors directly.
