The Specialist, Client Research provides thorough and excellent customer service, reconciles hospital and retail customers' credits and related tasks.
The associate is expected to be detail-oriented and exhibit initiative to evolve within Inmar’s organization. The associate will display professionalism at all times and collaborate effectively.
Preference is given to candidates able to work from our Grand Prairie, TX, or Winston-Salem, NC office 3 days a week.
Primary Accountabilities :
- Effectively and efficiently pursue hospital and retail customers' credits.
- Consistently maintains, and updates reconciliation spreadsheets and related documentation platforms with quality of execution at all times.
- Consistently maintains a detailed virtual documentation of all reconciliation feedback, related communication and or requests, to include SalesForce cases including but not limited to from manufacturers, wholesalers, hospital and retail clients.
- Ensures proactive and meaningful collaboration with team members
- Proactively and meaningfully collaborate with other departments as needed for research or to resolve issues or answer questions
- Special assignment and or project as deemed necessary
Requirements :
- Associate’s Degree or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities / essential functions of the position.
- 3-5 years of related work experience working directly with clients
- Proficient with Google Suite
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
