Responsibilities :
- I n charge of corporate accounting, investor reporting,tax filings, direct real estate investments, and private equity investments
- Create yearly business budgets and managequarterly lender reports
- Oversee corporate cash, owner distributions,receivables collections, and invoice approvals
- Assists in monitoring financial transactions andensuring compliance with policies, procedures and internal controls.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance required
- 10 + years of relevant accounting experiencewithin the real estate industry
- CPA designation preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solvingskills required
