Sales Representative

Are you an ambitious and driven sales professional looking for a unique opportunity to showcase your exceptional skills and make a significant impact?

If so, JT International is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our world-class team in Macon, GA.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will have an important role in increasing sales and expanding our market presence in Macon, GA.

Your main responsibility will be to create and implement sales strategies to meet targets and achieve excellent outcomes.

With a demonstrated history of achievement, you will thrive in the competitive sales industry, making sure that our products are the preferred option for customers in the region.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and prioritize important target accounts to enhance sales opportunities
  • Foster and nurture relationships with current customers, actively seeking out possibilities for expansion and upselling.
  • Prospect and acquire new customers through effective lead generation and cold calling
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and Product Development, to ensure successful product launches and promotions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of surpassing sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish connections with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed
