My client is a leading manufacturer of Industrial Equipment on a global scale servicing the Medical, Military, and Transposition industries. They place a huge emphasis on internal promotion and coordinating with international offices.

Job Description

Technical Office : Organise and correct, if any, the existent drawings and for the most part, transform from a 2D to a 3D to use CAM program to have the CNC programs, we need to have all the correct BOMS and all the other technical information for the use of the machine and for the spare parts in the future. Production : Ensure production goals are met while adhering to safety and quality standards Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

Experience in Operation Management in the Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechanical competencies to better understand any potential problems in production or in the product development, Good leadership and communication skills, Experience in the people management, Experience in project management and problem solving, Proficiency in Office Suite; ERP system experience, Quick Books preferred. Organisation and planning experience and competence, Knowledge of the Italian culture could be preferable.
