Overview To ensure maximum guest service is achieved through the dispatch of guest calls to housekeeping staff, callbacks and tracking of calls.
Responsibilities Disperses information to housekeeping staff Team Members by radio on a situation basis. Maintains a guest dispatcher log, written or by use of a computer.
Reads posted orders to ascertain personnel requirements and posts assignment information on dispatch board. Compiles and records data for dispatch.
Calling guests back to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsible for checking and reporting safety hazards. Ensures the safety and security of all guests and Team Members.
Administrative duties such as filing, copying, faxing and departmental distribution. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
