RealEstate Corporate Accountant $90k / year
Areal estate firm in Boston, is seeking a talented Corporate Accountant. Theideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience, preferably with a mix ofpublic and private accounting.
This role offers a competitive base salary up to$90k / year, with a 10% annual bonus. We provide exceptional benefits, includinghealth insurance, dental and vision options.
We also offer a generous PTOpolicy. This position is hybrid, with in-office work from Monday to Thursdayand remote work on Fridays, following an initial 60 90-day training period inthe office.
Aspart of our Corporate Accounting team, you will report to the VP Controller andcollaborate with a dedicated team to manage portfolios across buildings.
Youwill be responsible for the monthly close process, financial statement reviews,revenue recognition, accounts payable, and insurance reviews.
Proficiency inYardi software is preferred. We are looking for someone who is dependable,professional, and capable of working independently while engaging with uppermanagement.
