Odessa is looking for a Directorof Product Marketing to join our team. This person will serve as asolutions advocate helping to convey the value of our platform andservices to our internal team customers and prospects.
This is ahandson position with the opportunity to recruit additional teammembers in the future. This person will report directly to the SVPof Corporate Marketing.
Responsibilities
Overseebusinesslevel messaging and positioning for all Odessa products andservices
Lead the effortto bring new version releases and software solutions tomarket
Work closelywith product managers as they develop the platform roadmap;identify key valuedrivers
Engage withcustomers to understand and document their needs; learn the whowhat when and why behind the decisions theymake
Further developour ideal customer profile and target personas; identify andsegment targetcustomers
Work with themarketing team to deliver internal and external communicationsacrosschannels
Partner withglobal sales organization to understand market needs and educatereps on productpositioning
Document usecases for our solutions and educate staff on how to tell thosestories to themarket
Developcompetitive intelligence and battle cards to aid the salesorganization
Own salesenablement supporting the sales team through a complex and lengthysales process
Createcompelling marketing collateral and presentations that simplify acomplex topic while driving broad awareness andinterest
Proactivelycollaborate across all marketing teams including demand generationcreative services content marketing events marketing publicrelations andbeyond
Brief pressanalysts and partners on solution offerings asneeded
Requirements
Fantasticstorytelling skills and ability to communicate and translatetechnical issues to businessvalues
Demonstratedexperience writing blogs delivering webinars presenting tocustomers analysts andmedia
Proven successdeveloping and executing gotomarket plans for SaaSsolutions
You areextremely selfmotivated and know how to align different teamsaround a commonmessage
Previoussuccess crafting compelling positioning and marketing content foran enterprise softwarecompany
At least 57years of product marketing experience working in the B2B softwarespace
Experience inasset finance or a related FinTech fieldpreferred
Bonus : you arecertified in Product Marketing from the PragmaticInstitute
