What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Contribute to the RCS Analytics Operations team in supporting data and insights efforts
- Manage intake / triage, artifact management, policies & procedures, and training
- Support administrative and customer-facing activities
- Serve in a cross-functional capacity on projects and initiatives
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 2-3 years of Revenue Cycle experience
- Strong SQL programming skills
- Progressive experience in analytics or related roles
- Proven experience with large data sets and PC skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Experience with EPIC and report writing in Tableau or Power BI
