En CBI International , buscamos un Director de Marketing que lidere el proceso de transformación estratégica y crecimiento corporativo desde la perspectiva del mercado (clientes y consumidores).
Este puesto es clave para planificar, desarrollar e implementar estrategias de marca, planes y programas de marketing. El candidato ideal será responsable del desarrollo, implementación y seguimiento de actividades de Sell In y Out, así como del análisis de mercado para la generación de estrategias a corto y largo plazo, buscando siempre el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta y rentabilidad.
Requisitos :
- Formación Académica :
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Alimentos o afines.
- Maestría en Mercadeo, Alimentos, Calidad o afines (deseable).
- Experiencia :
- 5-10 años en roles similares.
- Conocimientos Técnicos :
Uso de sistemas informáticos, indicadores de resultados y presupuestos de investigación de mercado.
- Planificación estratégica.
- Idiomas :
- Español Avanzado.
- Inglés Avanzado (100% escritura y conversación).
