Work Schedule :

30% FTE, day / evening / night between the hours of 4 : 30 am and 11 : 15 pm. You may be eligible for up to a $750 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). You will work at the University Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Phlebotomist to :

• Perform standardized and specialized phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages.
• Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling.
• Complete specimen receiving and specimen processing.
• Patient check-in and order entry of laboratory tests in the laboratory information system.
