Pay Range : $25-$38 per hour depending on experience

We serve a customer base seeking luxury, value, and world-class service. You will be an essential part of our service team and delivering unparalleled hospitality to our guests.

Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be critical to taking care of vehicle maintenance issues.

What Winning Looks Like :

• Demonstrating a high HQ (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
• Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.
• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.

Skills Needed to Win :

• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Outstanding work ethic.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Possess a valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Previous automotive diagnostic and repair experience a plus.
