We are looking for an efficient andskilled Customer Service Representative for our call center. As aCustomer Service Representative your job is to provide excellentcustomer support to our clients.
You will act as a liaison betweenour company and the clients.
You will berequired to respond to customers queries and resolve them as soonas possible. Your aim should be to maintain cordial relations withour customers.
As you will be in direct contact with our clientsyou should have clear knowledge about products and their functions.
In addition to this you should be wellversedwith our companys policies and procedures. Pleasant personality andgood communication skills are the key requirements for this role.
You should be competent enough to provide the best customer serviceto our clients.

Responsibilities
- Updateand maintain customer information in thedatabase.
- Understand the kind of services weoffer during the job training.
- Providecustomers with all the information that theyrequire.
- Keep track of customer accounts byrecording their account information and the issues they havereported.
- Handle customer complaints activelyand ensure its resolution on time.
- Take ordersand calculate the charges by processing customersinformation.
- Answer customer questions andmaintain healthy relationships with thecustomers.
- Review customer accounts for anychanges.
- Resolve customer complaints on timeand ensure the quality of services ismaintained.
- Handle change in policies of thecompany and explain them to thecustomer.
- Generate sales leads for ourclients.
- Maintain a record of all the tasksundertaken and submit it to the highermanagement.
Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree in any discipline. High School Diploma with relevantexperience will also be considered.
- 2 years ofexperience as a Sales Representative or Front Desk Representativeor related role in the Customer Serviceindustry.
- Excellent knowledge about CRMSoftwares like Zoho Zendesk etc.
- Knowledge ofsocial media will be an added benefit.
- Abilityto provide results under pressure.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
