Responsibilities :

  • Accounts Receivable : Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
  • Office Administration : Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating schedules.
  • Customer Interaction : Handle calls from customers inquiring about quotes and scheduling for services.
  • Problem-Solving : Approach tasks with a proactive mindset. Be prepared to search for information and resolve issues.
  • Software : Utilize QuickBooks (training provided if needed).

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable and office administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to handle a variety of personalities, including warehouse-connected environment.
  • Basic proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus, but not required.
  • Comfortable working in a small team and collaborating with all departments.
