Controller (Commercial Construction)
Description : Job Title : Controller We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Controller to join our growing team.
As a Controller, you will be responsible for balancing books, job-costing, cash flow forecasting, planning accounts payable and receivables, and other financial tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a commercial construction background and a positive attitude towards problem-solving.Responsibilities : - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports- Manage cash flow and forecasting, using accounting data to impact decision making at the company level- Plan and manage accounts payable and receivables- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met- Identify and implement process improvementsIf you are a self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and want to be a part of a growing team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Requirements : Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance7+ years of experience in accounting or financeCPA preferred, but not requiredExperience with QBO and commercial job costing accounting software like Sage, Procore, etcStrong knowledge of accounting principles and regulationsExperience with balancing books, cash flow forecasting, and accounts payable and receivablesExcellent problem-solving skillsPositive attitude and ability to work in a team environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompensation details : 80000-95000 Yearly SalaryPI662088fbefda-25401-34649990
