Activities
- Conduct thorough inspections of products using measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Check work orders against product specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Inspect cleaning and sanitization records, components, and bulk materials before verification of production lines.
- Ensure accurate line clearance and approve product and line setup before startup.
- Lead line huddles to communicate expectations and set standards for finished goods.
- Perform regular inspections of in-process and final assembly of goods according to AQL requirements.
- Maintain detailed inspection records / documents for in-process and finished goods checks.
- Conduct routine quality audits to ensure continuity of quality standards.
Requirements
- Basic computer literacy for using bar code scanners and maintaining inventory.
- Basic math skills and keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety practices.
- Ability to quickly and accurately perform visual inspections.
- Proficiency in using specialized tools and machinery for product testing.
