Securities Operations Specialist II - Principal Custody Solutions (PCS)

What You'll Do

We are looking for a Securities Operations Specialist II to join our Trust & Custody PCS team! In this role, you'll perform a broad range of operational tasks for complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require extensive knowledge of unit functions and systems.

What You'll Do :

• Differentiating, processing and balancing transactions
• Researching inquires and resolving customer complaints
• Reviewing time critical and / or complex documents
• Crafting or revising departmental procedures
• Coordinating situations involving multiple departments
• Providing back-up for other desks
• Day-to-day processing
• Risk management and compliance
• Maintenance and set up

Who You Are

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant experience (experience in customer service, operations, financial services, or business processing preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel for effective data navigation and analysis
• Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
• Adaptability / flexibility
• Ability to multi-task
• SEI Trust 3000 experience a plus

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program.

Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.

Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$23.80 - $28.03 / hour

Time Off Program

Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period.

Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.

Location & Work Environment

We are hiring for our Minneapolis, MN office location. This role offers in-office hybrid work (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek).
