Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct on-site diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a variety of heavy construction equipment.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager and fellow technicians to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of technical proficiency and stay updated on industry advancements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing our company with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications :
- Clean driving record is a must.
- Proven experience working with heavy construction equipment.
- Ability to thrive in a field service role, demonstrating independence and strong problem-solving skills.
