Your Responsibilities :

• Build strong rapport during patient evaluations.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Prescribe appropriate sessions based on treatment plans to ensure optimal progress.
• Promote patient engagement and adherence to treatment plans.
• Celebrate patient milestones and achievements upon completion of their plan of care.
• Recommend suitable rehabilitation products for home exercise routines.
• Actively engage in professional growth and regular meetings with the Clinic Owner / Director.
• Participate in training programs to enhance clinical and soft skills.
• Establish a personal brand within our practice and contribute to its success.
• Implement effective caseload management strategies for professional and financial success.
• Engage in the local community through active participation in various events.
• Practice new and advanced techniques to hone your skills.

Required Competencies :
