Recruiting Coordinator

Muon seeks a Recruiter Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team! The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high growth startup environment. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering a seamless candidate experience while supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the interview process. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping teams grow.

This position is based at our Mountain View, CA headquarters and requires an in-office presence 34 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones, including virtual and on-site meetings
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and clear communication throughout the interview process
• Maintain our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), including accurate candidate records, job descriptions, and postings
• Manage interview logistics such as booking rooms, setting up video links, and handling travel arrangements when applicable
• Greet and support candidates during on-site interviews, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to drive an efficient, organized hiring process
• Support broader recruiting efforts including headcount tracking, reporting, and sourcing
• Help coordinate and attend recruiting events as needed (internal and external)
• Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance candidate experience and team operations
