Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, policy, environmental science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in climate resiliency.
Experience in consulting AND energy / electric utilities in distribution planning, transmission planning, distribution engineering, and / or transmission engineering addressing risks.
Preferred Qualifications :
Additional experience in climate change, critical infrastructure, risk management, asset management, strategic and long-range planning, project finance, or regulatory issues.
Proven track record of leading intricate projects within the consulting or utility arena, both from a technical standpoint and a team management perspective.
8+ years of impactful professional work experience in climate resiliency.
