Job Description
Answer calls, emails and / or other requests from patients and / or healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals.
Calls are auto-connected, so it is HIGH volume.
- Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately.
- Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient’s medication as needed.
- Schedule treatments to be sent to the patient or patient’s healthcare provider.
This position requires a drug test and back ground check

Work Environment
Shifts available : 9 : 30am to 5pm, 10 : 30am to 7pm, or 11 : 30am to 8pm. Desk job in a close-door pharmacy talking to patients and providers on the phone.
Calls are auto-connected so you will be on the phone constantly.
3-week training in person (8 : 30am to 5pm).
