This outside sales position will play a pivotal role in growing business referrals and expanding the client base.
Responsibilities :
- Establish and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers such as hospital social workers, case managers, and discharge planners.
- Work in liaison with senior care facilities to drive home care referrals.
- Continuously strategize and implement ways to expand our client base and achieve sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally and articulate our services effectively to prospective clients and referral partners.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of two years experience in establishing and nurturing relationships with hospital social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and at senior care facilities.
- Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a strategic approach to driving sales growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel, as this is an outside sales role.
