The Opportunity :

As a mission partner exercise lead, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path.

That’s why we need you, a seasoned mission partner exercise lead who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

As a leader on our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our client. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting.

You’ll help with tactical planning of military and mission partner exercises and have regular interactions with SME's and military leaders.

The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards.

You Have :

Experience participating in and planning exercises, such as Bold Quest, MII, or GIDE

Experience working with international mission partners or Five Eyes with the intent of conducting joint exercises or cyber information and intelligence sharing

Experience with the DoDIN, DoDNet, or international partner nation networks

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Secret clearance

Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have :

Experience designing and deploying solutions to a Zero Trust environment

Experience interfacing and providing briefings directly with senior government executives, including CISO and CIO, and internal leadership and stakeholders

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance :

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;

Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
