Position Overview :

As a Technical Trainer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for internal teams involved in onboarding and supporting our customers.

Additionally, you will be deeply involved in the release readiness process, acting as the liaison between internal stakeholders and the R&D team, ensuring our products meet customer needs and expectations, as well as those of our internal teams responsible for supporting them.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our suite of SaaS products, services and solutions.
  • Work closely with R&D, Support and Customer Success teams to understand upcoming product releases from both technical and practical perspectives.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions for internal teams involved in customer onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Create e-learning materials and communications that will enable our customer-facing teams to confidently support and drive the adoption of new products and enhancements.
  • Organize and facilitate internal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with Subject Matter Experts to validate product readiness, gather feedback and to boost the SMEs' learning journeys.
  • Serve as the voice of the CS teams during the early stages of product development, advocating for features and enhancements that deliver customer value, usability enhancements and that contain the necessary components to be adequately supported.
  • Track release schedules from EA to GA and ensure that CS activity milestones are being scheduled and completed accordingly.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and gather feedback to continuously improve training programs and materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance training effectiveness.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science-related fields or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Technical SaaS Product Trainer or similar role.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills to build and maintain enablement and readiness plans.
  • Experience in organizing and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for internal training sessions or meetings.
