Responsible for Product Quality improvements through EFA (Electrical Failure Analysis), data mining, and new part qualification support.

Drive for continuous improvement of the quality of product delivered by MTV to exceed expectations of the business plan and external customers, which will involve interfacing with Process Integration / Product Engineering to improve Yields, reliability and manufacturability.

Drive key deliverables and improve programs for Micron internal quality metrics NCD, Product Grade, PTS, and GSPEC. Monitor and drive the quality metrics improvements including, module production fails and RMAs.

Monitor Global quality dashboard and report reliability metrics. Lead the analysis of multiple data sources and ensure appropriate feedback is given to the customer.

Work in collaboration with multiple engineering groups including Process Module Area, RDA, and Manufacturing to help identify existing containment action and work towards continuous improvement actions.

Apply advanced principles to detect and evaluate reliability issues. Utilize Failure mode effect analysis and 8D processes for improving product quality and continuously reducing the quality and reliability failure modes.

Ensure data integrity and identify potential quality and reliability concerns, drive actions to mitigate, and contain deviated material.

Apply advanced principles and past knowledge of reliability to evaluate and act on potential reliability issues. Responsible for linking Product layout and its relation to process marginality and product testing.

Utilize his knowledge of Electrical device characteristics.

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
