Main tasks include : MSETII
MSETII
The HTM Medical Systems Engineering Technologist (MSET II) performs evaluations, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance on devices used in the care and treatment of patients.
Focuses his or her performance to ensure that all patients receive the safest and best possible experience while at the facilities serviced by the HTM Program.
Works independently with minimal supervision. Delivers exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, nurses, technicians, administrators and all persons who are contacted during the course of their service.
Delivers service that meets and exceeds all regulatory requirements and compliance for the position held. Assists HTM leadership with developing and strengthening facility and vendor relationships.
Responsible for executing and meeting all requirements of the established key performance indicators (KPI’s).
Must possess skill-set of advanced modality HTM expertise such as clinical laboratory, medical imaging, radiation / oncology or high-end biomedical decides such as device integration / networking
Medical equipment knowledge (manufacturers, models, modalities, capital planning, etc...)
Understanding of regulatory requirements of medical devices (CMS, TJC, CLIA, AABB, NRC, State, Local)
Advanced / Strong computer skills (proficient with Microsoft products), experience with CMMS products
Strong planning and organization skills.
Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
Travel will be required periodically

- Associate's degree required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of related experience required
- ACI Certification preferred (CBET, CRES, CLES or CHTM)
- Experience with healthcare technology management program
