Matura Farrington is working with an AMLAW 200 law firm with an immediate need for a litigation attorney with Construction Law litigation experience.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience :
- 3-5 years of experience handling construction contract claims, public and private.
- Knowledge and experience of mechanic’s lien, law, stop notices, bid protests, public contract law, prompt payment law and payment and performance bonds.
- Knowledge and experience working on construction claims for contract extras, delay damages, impact damages, assessment of liquidated damages and substantive law surrounding these issues.
The firm has an 1850 annual billable hour requirement
