Visit our website @ Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dynamic PRN Teacher / Educator to join our team! The teacher is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of instructional programs to all assigned, hospitalized children and adolescents.
The teacher is directly responsible for regular communication to school personnel and attending physicians regarding assignments, test results, special education needs, and behavioral reports, within the hospital’s educational setting.
The teacher is responsible for administering, and reporting approved testing instruments ordered by attending physicians or given by the classroom teacher to affected personnel.

Tuition Reimbursement Qualifications Position Requirements : Minimum : Must have a High School Diploma and at least 2 years of education related course work with a valid teaching license / certificate.
Experience in the education of behavioral and emotionally handicapped individuals is preferred. CPR and De-escalation certification required.
Preferred : Graduate of a four-year accredited institution of higher learning with a valid teaching license. Licensure / Certification : Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
