We are seeking a motivated and ethical Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves cold calling, prospecting, and hunting for new business opportunities to build a robust client base across various industries.
Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct cold calls and engage in proactive prospecting to generate new business leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in various industries, including healthcare.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored property and casualty insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Provide exceptional service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting property and casualty insurance.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in property and casualty insurance sales.
- Strong cold calling and sales hunting skills.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and ethical business practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of workers' compensation insurance is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation :
Salary is competitive and highly flexible, tailored to the candidate's experience and proven track record. While the base salary starts around $100,000, there is significant potential for a higher base, especially for candidates with exceptional experience or existing client relationships.
Commissions also offer substantial earning potential well above the base for top performers.
