Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Department Manager to lead our product team. Your main objective will be to boost profits by building a strong team, optimizing processes, and fostering relationships.
You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and profitability.

Duties / Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the product team to achieve departmental goals.
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Oversee strategic purchasing to ensure cost-effective procurement and inventory management.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure alignment with the company's overall mission and objectives.
- Other Responsibilities and Duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience :
Completion of a High School diploma or its equivalent is mandatory
Preferred Education and Experience :
- Higher education beyond high school
- At least 2 years of experience in Sanitary Production and Maintenance, distribution, or a related field.
- Familiarity with food industry-specific products
- Experience in a leadership role
What We Offer :
Compensation $75,000 - $85,000 annually
