Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Provide training and leadership to team members.
  • Foster team camaraderie and speed up the learning curve of team members.
  • Utilize in-market opportunities and sales incentives to maximize earnings.
  • Achieve unlimited earning potential and career advancement.

Minimum Requirements :

  • 2-5 years of successful sales / marketing experience (preferred 4-7 years).
  • Proven management and leadership skills.
  • Strong desire for top-level earnings.
  • High energy, self-discipline, and goal orientation.
  • Excellent persuasive communication skills.
  • Confidence in public speaking.
  • Superior time management and organization skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Passionate about marketing and community engagement.
