Purpose

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will assist in various aspects of the recruitment process, gaining hands-on experience in talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and onboarding.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and gather candidate information.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status.
• Support the development of job descriptions and job postings.
• Help with onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters and orientation materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Assist in creating and maintaining recruitment-related reports and metrics.
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities as needed.

Education and Work Experience

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online recruitment tools is a plus.
