Purpose
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will assist in various aspects of the recruitment process, gaining hands-on experience in talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and onboarding.

Main Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and gather candidate information.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status.
- Support the development of job descriptions and job postings.
- Help with onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters and orientation materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Assist in creating and maintaining recruitment-related reports and metrics.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities as needed.
Education and Work Experience
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online recruitment tools is a plus.
